Did you know orcs liked apples? Well you?re about to find out - if you want. This is a trophy quest, but it involves no killing, so if you?re a little unsure of the gameplay, start with this easy quest by speaking to Galgar, the cook outside the Den. He will say:

It sure gets hot out here in the Valley of Trials.

(Galgar wipes his brow)

If I only had some cactus apples, I could make you my famous cactus apple surprise! Nothing cools you off faster than a piece of that delicious treat.

I?ll tell you what. If you bring me 10 cactus apples, I?ll make you a few portions of cactus apple surprise to take with you on your adventures. If you?re interested, you can find cactus apples near the cactus plants around here.

Bring 10 Cactus Apples to Galgar.

Some would argue that staying inside the cool and shady den would cool you off much better than running around in the scorching sun to find cactus apples, but then again - where would that attitude lead you? Certainly not to glory and fame, so off you go! Go to the area north of the Den, you?ll find plenty cactus there and no mobs will aggro you there so it?s nice and safe. When you return to the cook, he will say:

Wonderful! As promised, here is a cactus apple surprise plus a little something extra.

The little something extra is 50 Copper, nice guy this Galgar, too bad he doesn?t have more quests. But no worries, you will soon find other orcs, just as friendly - unless you?re a human, that is!
